MY PRECIOUS BABY LOGAN!!! I LOVE HIM!

i havent updated in like umm forever! well a lot has gone on. my tudors in math and spanish have been really really hard! my spanish tudor is actually from Panama and teaches at Central. so today i had doctor appointments ALL day. the first one was at 1...hes a hematologist/oncologist. he is a pediatric doctor who works with kids who have cancer and kids with blood disorders. well he said that i might have a blood disorder called Protein C deficiency...whatever that is. and that hes increasing my blood thinner. Then the next doctor i saw was an Infectious Disease doctor who came in when my hematoma got infected....that was the idiot that put me on tonz of medicines and i ended up having an allergic reaction to one. but he said that he thinks the hematoma was gone and i was alright. well then i went to the doctor who delivered Logan and she said that i can come back to school Monday for half days only for a week. and she said my incision looked great...its only 4 inches long and its really really low. GREAT NEWS! i get to see Logan on Saturday! im so excited! me,nelle,stephanie and my mom are gonna meet mike,janet and logan at west county mall. i get to take Logan on his first shopping experience!! ExCiTiNg! for me and kevin-its over...no biggie im alright. i think thats it for now.....i'll update more later!

the reason i havent updated in awhile is cuz i was back in the hospital. the last time i got out they put me on IV antibiotics so for a few days we were doing that. well new years eve i had a great day...LOGAN came over!!! he is so beautiful!!! and hes huge! hes over 10 pounds!!!! so anywho...later that night we went to my next door neighbors house and we played trivial persuit...girls won!! and during the game my mom noticed my face was a little red so she felt my head and i was hot so they took my temp and it was 103 well immediatley we went home and took it again and it was still 103 so she called my doctors and they said just to get my fever down and in the morning give me my medicine. well she did that and then at like 8 she came and took it again and it was almost 104. so we talked to some docs and they said bring me in. so i was in the hospital AGAIN! well they figured out that i had had an allergic reaction to one of the medicines. so they took me off of it and put me on new stuff. well then they took me off of all my meds. annnd in the hospital i kept having these really high fevers so i had to lay on this blanket that got really cold...40 degrees to be exact. and i had to lay on it till my fever went down. well finally i got out on the 10th. and i feel great. my incision is totally healed.....i have my shape back. im back to being 100 pounds. all my clothes fit again...life is good. except now i have to go back to doing school stuff. i have some tudors who come and yeah school shit sucks. im not ready. but im coming back on Feb.1!! so look out! jk well i think thats it for now. ill update later... <33 Em

my font is blue because thats how i feel right now....life is kinda sucking right now. for starters i had to go back into the hospital for another week. what happened was friday i felt totally like shit and just slept alll day and my mom took my temp and it was like 102 so we talked to my doc (( who was at her house in the CARRIBEAN for christmas!)) and she said i had to go immediatley to the hospital. so i spent christmas in the hospital. but lucky for us we got this HUGE room that had a bay window and 2 tv's and everything. so we werent cramped. i got to open presents in a hospital bed. but i got lots of cool stuff.....a tommy hilfiger watch, a victoria's secret "PINK" hoodie, some clothes, of course victoria's secret undies!! lol oh yeah and a DOONEY & BOURKE purse!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! also i got a tv that plays dvds and vhs. and i got the desperate housewives game which is awesome!!! so yeah i had a pretty good christmas. i got more i just cant remember lol- u know how that goes. I get to see Logan on Saturday!!!!!!!!!! i have never been so excited in my life! i havent seen him since Dec.5th when he left the hospital. i got him a really cool gift....a plate and mug that says "cookies and milk for santa" so he can put that out every year and think of me! it was my moms idea. because we figure that he got every toy a 1 month old can get and a ton of clothes that hes gonna grow out of in a week. hes already 9 pounds!!! hes huge! i love him. as for school......i dont think im goin back till like february sometime. oh well.....right now i have this IV in that u can leave in for awhile cuz i have to be on IV antibiotics for like 2 weeks cuz when i got to the hospital they figured out that the hematoma behind my incision was infected cuz it hurt REALLLY bad and i had a high fever and so they put me on IV antibiotics to see if that would kill it and if it didnt i would have to have surgery and they would make a separate incision to drain that. BUT to do surgery they would have to take me off my blood thinner which would put me at a high risk of forming the clots in my lungs which is life threatening. and these damn doctors are so honest about everything and were like...yeah u defintaley would have died if u were at home and got the clots and then this time i was in the hospital they said yeah u could have died if u didnt catch the infection cuz it was in my blood stream and could be "lethal" as they put it....so yeah ive had the scare of a lifetime in the past month! but the best part of all this was the product....a beautiful baby boy! ill definatley take pictures on saturday and put them on here. as for kevin- ugh no comment and dont even ask. well.....on a happier note i have lost ALL my weight i am back down to like 100 and got my shape back! that was the easiest 40 poounds i will ever loose. i was allll water and baby. well i guess thats it. this entry is kinda everywhere with my thoughts lol sry if its confusing. comment!!!!!!!!! <3 emily

so i think its time for an update......

ive been home for a week now and things are going alright i guess. the pool of blood that was behind my incision ((formally called a hematoma)) put so much pressure on it that my incision opened up a little bit. it only opened a hole about the size of a pencil eraser. but now since its open it is draining all the blood that was behind it. so ever since last tuesday i have had to go to the doctor everyday and she puts a feeding tube in it that they use to feed premature babies with. and flushes it out...then she packs gauze in it to keep it open and draining. but everyday it gets easier and everyday she says im improving. but as for everything else...im doing great. the rest of my incision is fully healed and doing good. a nurse comes to my house everyday to check on me and to draw my blood cuz they are still playing with my dosage of blood thinner. so that kinda sucks cuz i have to be stuck with a needle everyday! i swear my arms look like im a heroin adict theres so many little pin pricks and bruises. so hopefully they dont have to do that much longer. the baby is doing great hes just so perfect i cant help but fall in love with him! i guess thats it for now.....im doing good other than my incision draining out the hematoma and Logan is great. so i guess i'll update later~ <3 Emily
